Initial Determination of DNA Polymorphism of Some Primula veris L. Populations from Kosovo and Austria

【 摘 要 】

PrimulaverisL.isawellknownpharmaceuticalplant,whatforitiswidelycollectedinallSEEurope,particularlyinKosovo.OuraimistodetermineamolecularpolymorphismofitspopulationsfromKosovo.LeavesextractedDNAwasinvestigatedindetailsforpresenceofpolymorphism.RAPDanalyseswereconductedusing20differentshortprimers.GenomicDNAamplificationprofileswereanalyzedandprocessedusingdatalabelling.ComparisonbetweencowslippopulationsingeneticcompositionrevealedthatsamplesfromBogajweretoodistinctontheirown.Analyzedmolecularvariationwasobservedtohavemoremolecularvariationwithinpopulations(73%),comparedtoamongpopulations(27%).HighestgeneticdistanceisobservedbetweenLeqinatandM.eMadhe.HevalueswerehighestinBogajpopulation,whilelowestinM.eMadhepopulation.ResultsindicatedthatBogajpopulationaremorepolymorphic.RAPDallowsidentifyingandassessinggeneticsimilaritiesamongplantpopulations.
