ThesomaticincompatibilityinTrametesversicolor(L.)Lyod.wasstudiedusingtenwildstrains.ThesampleswerecollectedatBlackSeaRegionespeciallyOrdu,GiresunSamsunlocations.Twodifferenttypesofsomaticincompatibleinteractionswereobservedlightlyorheavilypigmentedlinesdevelopingbetweenthetwoisolates.Allisolateswereexaminedwithhelpofbothlightmicroscopyandscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM).Thewidthofthecompatiblehyphaeis2.25mμandincompatiblehyphaeare1.08-1.20mμ.;960nm-1.36mμ
