【 摘 要 】
Alkylphenolethoxylates(APEOs)areusedasnon-ionicsurfactantsinvarietyofindustrial,agricultiralanddomesticproductssuchaspesticides,detergents,paintsandcosmetics.Therefore,thesecompoundscanreachtohumanbeingthroughfoodchains.TheseendocrinedisurptersalsocalledXenoestogenhaveestrogenic,carsinogenicandtoxiceffects.Nonylphenol(NP)exertsitsestrogeniceffectsbybindingtoestrogenreceptors.NPcausesmorphologicalandfunctionalalterationsinmaleandfemalegenitaltractandmammaryglands.Thesealterationsmayinduceinfertility,mammaryandprostatecancer.Therefore,themainpurposeofthisstudyistodeterminetheadverseeffectsofNPonspermandoocytes.TheeffectsenvironmentallyrelevantNPconcentrationssuchas0.01,0.1,1,10and100μgNP/mlwereemployed.NPmediatedabnormalitiesinspermDNAandoocytematurationwereinviestigated.TunelassaywasperformedtodeterminetheadverseeffectsofNPonspermDNA,whereastheeffectsofNPonoocytematurationinTCM-199weretested.Thepresentstudydemonstratedthat100μgNP/mlconcentrationinducedapoptosisbycausingDNAbreaksinbovinespermcells.Thisstudyalsoshowedthat100μgNP/mlconcentrationsinhibitsoocytematuration.ItisconcludedthatNPhaveadverseeffectsontheintegrityofspermDNAandoocytematuration.
