【 摘 要 】

Informationaboutforagequality,whichisinfluencedbyvariousfactors,isessentialfordeterminationofgrazingcapacity.Themainobjectiveofthisresearchwasinvestigatingeffectsofphenologicalstages(sevendifferentcuttingtimes)onvaluesofforagequalityindicesofcrestedwheatgrassharvestedatdifferenttimesonforageyieldandqualityofvariousartificialrangemixturesunderdryconditionsofCentralAnatoliaduring2007and2008growingseason.ThesampleswerecollectedfromForageCropsExperimentalGardensoftheAnkaraUniversity,Turkey.Theyweredried,grainedandanalyzedagainstvariousparameters.Theresultsshowedthatsforagequalityindicesvaluesincludingforageyield,crudeprotein(CP),aciddetergentfiber(ADF),NDF(neutraldetergentfiber)andADL(aciddetergentLignin),CrudeCellulose,Totaldigestiblenutrients(TDN),drymatterintake(DMI),digestibledrymatter(DDM)andrelativefeedvalue(RFV)hadsignificantinteraction(P<0.01)betweenvariationscultivarsandharvestingtimes.TheresultsdemonstratedthattheCP,DMI,DDM,TDNdecreasedandADF,NDF,ADL,crudecelluloseincreasedwithplantgrowthdevelopment.Intermsofgrowthstage,vegetativegrowthstagehadbetterforagequality.
