【 摘 要 】
Lentilisanimportantfoodlegumecropthatisveryrecalcitranttoshootregenerationandrootingunderinvitroconditions.Thisstudyaimedtodevelopefficientandreliableprotocolforinvitroplantregeneration.ThereulstsofthisstudyshowedthatInthiscontext,16Turkishlentilcultivarswereshoottip,stem,hypocotyl,cotyledonandrootasexplants.TheMSmediumcontaing4mg/lBAPinducedmaximumnumber(8.25)ofshootspershoottipexplantofcv.Yesil21.Whereaas,maximumnumber(28.33)ofshootspercotyledonexplantofcv.OzbekwasinducedonMSmediumcontaining1mg/lIBA.However,IBAderivedshootswereeasytorootonMSmediumcontaining1.87mg/lNAA.Theregeneratedexplantsweretransferredtogreenhouseforacclimatisation,floweringandseedset.Itwasconcludedthatinvitroshootregenerationoflentils(LensculinarisMedikus)wasstronglyinfluencedbythetypeofexplant,plantgrowthregulatorconcentrationandcombinations.
