【 摘 要 】
Inlivestockfarming,cropgrowingandindustry,thetoxicmicrofungifoundincerealsisaverygraveproblemforcenturies.Thefungiproducetoxinsthatcausechronicandacutetoxicationswhentheirproductivevalueofgrainisdecreased.Becauseoftheirsusceptiblenaturetomicrobialcontamination,cerealscanbecontaminatedeasilybyfilamentousfungi.Inliteratures;someFusarium,GibberellaandCladosporiumspeciesweregivenasfieldfungiand;someAspergillus,PenicilliumandTrichotheciumspeciesasstoragefungi.ThefungusspeciesusedinthisstudywereAspergillusniger,Aspergillusparasiticus,Cladosporiumcladosporioides,Fusariumoxysporum,Fusariumsporotrichioides,Gibberellafujikuroi,Penicillumbrevicompactum,PenicilliumgriseofulvumandTrichotheciumroseum.ThisstudywasundertakentoinvestigatetheantifungalactivityofJuglansregiaL.(walnut)andAilanthusaltissimaSwingle(treeofheaven)leavesagainstthesemycotoxinandspoilageproducingfungus.ThepowderoftheleavesfromJ.regiaL.andA.altissimaSwingle(10%g/mL)showedthemaximumantifungalactivityagainstC.cladosporioides(71±2.0%forJ.regiaL.and51±1.52%forA.altissimaSwingle).EthanolandmethanolextractsofJ.regiaL.completelyinhibitedthesporegerminationat5.0and10mg/mL,andethanolextractofA.altissimaSwingleat10mg/mL.TheminimuminhibitoryconcentrationvalueofJ.regiaL.methanolicextractsagainstC.cladosporioides(0.625mg/mL)waslessthantheothertestedextracts.ThisstudydemonstratesthatJ.regiaL.extractshaveapotentialtocontrolthefungalcontaminationcausedbyC.cladosporioides.
