【 摘 要 】
Muscariaucheri(Boiss.)BakerfamilyLiliaceaeisendemictoTurkeyandisthreatenedbycompleteextinction.Toconservetheplant,inaccordancewithinternationalagreementsfortheprotectionofendangeredgeophytes,collectionofM.aucheribulbsfromthenaturalhabitatsisforbiddeninTurkey.Duetopoordiversitythenaturalpropagationrateoftheplantisrelativelyslowandittakes4-5yearstodevelopabulbofcommercialsize;whichrestrictslarge-scalecultivationoftheplant.Developmentofconservationmethodslikeinvitropropagationtechniques,forconservationhavelowimpactonwildpopulationsastheyuseaminimumofplantmaterial.Thepresentstudyaimedtoestablishastrategyforefficientinvitrobulbletregenerationofthisimportantgeophyteusing4scalebulbexplantsasanaidtobreedingandmultiplicationoftheplants.TheseexplantswereculturedonMSmediumcontaining0.5,1.0,2.0mg/lBAP,0.5,1.0,2.0mg/lGA4and0.1,0.2mg/lIAA.ThemaximumnumberofbulbletsperexplantwasinducedonMSmediumcontaining0.5mg/lBAP,0.2mg/lIAA.ThebulbletsregeneratedonanyvariantofBAP-IAAandGA4-IAAweresuccessfulyrootedonMSmedium.About17%oftherootedbulbletscouldbeacclimatised.Allacclimatizedplantssurvivedandshowedflourishinggrowthunderfieldconditions.Thusthisprotocolcouldbeusedineffectivecanmultiplicationandconservationoftheplantunderinvitroconditions.
