【 摘 要 】
ToevaluatetheeffectofsalinityofUrmiaLakewateronLathyrussp,asanadaptivecroptoundesirableenvironmentfactors,afactorialexperimentwascarriedoutbasedonrandomizedcompleteblockdesignwithfourreplications.Treatmentsincludedapplicationtimeofsalinity(pre-andpostgermination)andsalinity(0,2,4,68ds/m)ofnomagneticandmagneticUrmiaLakewater.Meanscomparisonindicatedthatthelongestroot(1.75cm),longestshoot(2.2cm),greatestrootdryweight(0.19g)belongedtoseedlingsthattreatedwithnomagneticUrmiaLakewaterbeforegerminationstage.Thegreatestshootdryweight(0.15g)belongedtoseedlingsthattreatedwith4ds/mofnomagneticUrmiaLakewateraddedaftergerminationtoPetridishes.Thehighestshoot/rootdryweightratio(1.91)belongedtoseedlingsthattreatedwith4ds/mofUrmiaLakewater(nomagnetic)addedbeforegerminationtoPetridishes.However,thelongestroot(2.29cm)andlongestshoot(2.37cm)belongedtoseedlingsthattreatedwithUrmiaLakewaterbeforegerminationstage.Thegreatestshootdryweight(0.079g)belongedtoseedlingsthattreatedwith6ds/mofmagneticUrmiaLakewateraddedbeforegerminationtoPetridishes.Themaximumshoot/rootdryweightratio(2.27)wasoccurredat8ds/mofUrmiaLakewater(magnetic)addedaftergerminationtoPetridishes.
