【 摘 要 】

GlobulinandAlbuminblood-serumproteinsof48Ellobiusspecimenswhichwerecollectedfromnorth-east(MashhadandBojnord),west(Kurdistan,Hamadan,Qazvin,andZanjan),andnorth-west(Pir-ahmad-kandi,Kelisa-kandi,andNadouvillages)ofIranhavebeenexaminedusingSDS-PAGEmethod.InresidualregionofGlobulinprotein(G),specimensfromnorth-eastandwestgroupandnorth-westgrouphadcreated5and11electrophoreticbands,respectively;andinresidualregionofAlbuminprotein(A)allspecimenscreatedonlyonebandandnorth-westgroupcreated4electrophoreticbands.AlthoughtheseelectrophoreticbanddifferencescouldledtodiagnosisofthesetwoEllobiusspecimens,butthisdifferencealongwithmorphologicalandKaryologicalpropertiesofthesespecimens,canhelpidentifyingthedistributionofEllobiusfuscocapillusinnorth-eastandwestandEllobiuslutescensinnorth-westoftheIran.
