【 摘 要 】
InthisstudyPCR-RFLPmethodwasconductedtorevealintraspecificmitochondrialDNAvariationofoakgallwaspspeciesAndricusgallaetinctoriae(Oliver,1791)(Hymenoptera:Cynipidae)collectedfromtheAnatolianpartofTurkey.Atotalof104specimensfrom13localitiesproduced15distincthaplotypes.Dataanalysesestimatedaveragehaplotypediversityas0.3415andmeannucleotidediversityas0.02572.Pairwisecomparisonsofpopulationssupportedthepresenceofgeneticdivergencebetweeneasternandwesternpopulations.Ourcurrentresultsmayalsobehighlycorrelatedwithwell-markedgeographicbarriersdividingspecies/lineagedistributioninAnatolia.
