【 摘 要 】

Oxytetracycline(OTC)andflorfenicol(FF)areantibioticswithhighpotencyagainstthebacterialdiseases.Therefore,theyarecommonlyusedagainstbacterialinfectioninfishfarming.Thepresentworkaimedtostudytheeffectofdifferentdosesofoxytetracycline(0,40,80,120mg/kgbasaldiet)andflorfenicol(0,7.5,15,22.5mg/kgbasaldiet)onchromosomalstructureandmicronucleiinductioninRBCsofNiletilapiafish.Theresultsrevealedthatthedoseof40mgOTC/kgbasaldietandthedoseof7.5mgFF/kgbasaldietshowednon-significantincreasesinchromosomalaberrationscomparedwithcontrol.Thesamedoseofflorfenicolcausedsignificancedifferenceinthefrequencyofmicronucleicomparedwithcontrolgroup.TheotherdosesofOTCandFFweresignificantincreases(p<0.05)intotalchromosomalaberrations(11.4015.60and16.8019,respectively)andthefrequencyofmicronuclei(5.46.8and6.48.5,respectively)comparedwithcontrolgroup(8and2.4,respectively).Themutagenicinfluenceoftherapeuticandsuper-therapeuticdosesofFFtreatmentwasmoreobviousonchromosomalstructureandmicronucleifrequencycomparedtotherapeuticandsuper-therapeuticdosesofOTCtreatment.Thesefindings,ingeneral,addtothefactthatfishsuchastilapia(Oreochromisniloticus)isapromisingmodelsinvivoformonitoringthemutageniceffectofsubstancesonaquaticecosystems.
