【 摘 要 】
Inthisstudy,thepotablenesslevelofthe18freshwaterfountainsinKaramanweretestedforchemicalandbacteriologicalproperties.TheresearchwascarriedoutbetweenJanuary-June2012bytakingsamplefourtimes.Escherichiacoliandcoliformbacteriawereanalysedbymembranefiltrationmethod.31,94%samplesshowedthepresenceofcoliformbacteria.18%samplesweretestedEscherichiacolipositiveand12,5%samplescontainedbothE.coliandcoliform.pH,totalhardness,conductance,turbidity,nitrite,ammonium,freechlorine,calcium,flouride,andchlorideofwaterwerealsoinvestigatedandcanbeclassifiedasmildalkaliandsoft.Tracesofflourideandfreechlorinewasalsofoundinthesamples.Theotherchemicalpropertiesweredeemedsuitableforthenationalandinternationalpotablewaterstandard.FreshwaterfountainsofKaramanprovinceischemicallyfitforusagebut28fountainscontainbacteriologiccontaminationwhichcanbecontroleasilybytakingnecessaryactions.【 授权许可】
