【 摘 要 】
Humanpapillomavirus(HPV)infectionsofthehigh-risktypesarestronglylinkedtothedevelopmentofcervicalcarcinoma.TheHPVoncoproteinsE6andE7arethoughttoplayacrucialroleinthisprocessthroughtheirinteractionswiththeP53protein.E6bindstoP53proteinpromotingitsdegradation.ThisisconsideredtocontributetotheoncogenesisofHPV-associatedanogenitalcancer.Ontheotherhand,inHPVnegativecervicalcarcinoma,P53mutationsarethoughttohavearoleinthetransformationprocess.In25formaldehyde-fixedparaffinembeddedcervicalcarcinomatissuesampleswereevaluatedforthepresenceofHPV-DNAandmutationsinexons5-8oftheP53genebysingle-strandedconformationpolymorphismanalysis.FourteensampleswereHPVpositiveandonly3missensepointmutationsweredetected.ThesefindingssuggestthatothermechanismsindependentofP53inactivationmayplayaroleinthegenesisofcervicalcarcinomas.
