【 摘 要 】

DodonaeaviscosaLinnisanimportantmedicinalplantthatissensitivetosalinesoil.Inordertowellunderstandthesalinityeffectsongerminationandseedlinggrowthofthisspecies,weselectedninedifferentsalinitytreatmentsincludingCacL2,NaH2Po4andKNo3+KH2Po4eachone100mM,200mMand300mM.SeedsofD.viscosa,beforethegerminationincontrolledgrowthchamber,weretreatedwithboilingwaterandH2SO4.Biomassandgerminationparametersweremeasuredafter56days.ResultsshowedthatthedryweightofseedlingwasinhibitedbyhighconcentrationsofNaH2Po4.Thedryandfreshweightofrootatlevelof100mMKNo3+KH2Po4washigherthanthatofothertreatments.Stemlengthincreasedatlevelof100mMKNo3+KH2Po4.Thefreshweightofseedlingseverelyincreasedatlevelof100mMKNo3+KH2Po4.Theseedlingssucculencewasenhancedto87%atlevelof100mMKNo3+KH2Po4.Fastergerminationwasrecordedin100mMKNo3+KH2Po4.Finalgermination,germinationindexandseedstaminawerehigherthanthatofothertreatmentsatlevelof100mMKNo3+KH2Po4.Overall,biomassandgerminationparametersofD.viscosainunsalinizedcontrolweresignificantlymorethanthatofothersalinitytreatmentsexceptfortotaldryweight.
