【 摘 要 】
Theaimofthepresentinvestigationwasaimedtoevaluatethecomparativestudyefficacyofdifferentmedicamentsonpostpartumanestrusdairycows.ThestudywasconductedonfortyeightFriesiancows.Thetrueanestrouscows(Experiment1,n=32)wererandomlyallocatedintofourequalgroupsof8cowseachaccordingtothedesignoftreatment;group1servedasacontrolwithouttreatment;group2receivedprogesterone(CIDRfor10daysplusi.m.injectionof2mlEstrumate(PGF2α);group3receivedLugol᾽siodinesolutionandmassage;group4treatedwithoneinjectionofGnRH.Thesuboestruscows(experiment2,n=16)weredividedintotwoequalgroups.Group1servedasacontrolwithouttreatment(n=8);group2(PGF2αgroup,n=8)weretreatedbyoneinjectionof2mlEstrumate(syntheticPGF2α).Fertilitymeasuresincludingtheincidence,themeanintervalbetweenendsofthetreatmenttoonsetofestrus,thenumberofserviceperconceptionandpregnancyrateswererecorded.Resultsshowedthat,thehighestincidenceofestrus(87.5%)andpregnancyrates(85.7%)wereachievedwithtreatmentofCIDRfollowedbyLugol᾽ssolutionplusmassageandGnRHtreatmentregimewhere,theincidenceoftheestrusandpregnancyrateswere(62.5,50.0;50.0,40.0%,respectively).Oneoftheeightcontrolanimalsintreatmentcameintoheat(12.5%)atanaverageposttreatmentintervalof480.0±22.4hoursandnoanimalwaspregnant.TheincidencesofestrusandpregnancyratesofsuboestruscowsafterPGF2αtreatmentwere87.5%and71.42%,respectively.While,incontrolgroup(experiment2)noanimalcameinheatorpregnancy.Inconclusion,CIDRfor10daysplusi.m.injectionof2mlPGF2α(Estrumate)wasthemosteffectivetreatmentofsmoothinactiveovary.OtherregimenssuchasLugol᾽ssolutionanduterineaswellasovarianmassagecouldbeconsidered.Moreover,PGF2αadministrationappearedtobeefficientintreatmentofsuboestruscows.
