【 摘 要 】
DuponcheliafovealisZellerwasdeterminedforthefirsttimeinthepeanutareasalthoughitisaharmfulinsectgenerallyingreenhousesandontheornamentalplants.Larvaeofthisinjuriousinsectfeedinthepodsgoinginsideandconsumenearlyallpod.Itwasdeterminedthat32.4%ofthepeanutfieldsinwhichsurveywascarriedoutwasinfestedwiththealivelarvaeoftheinsect.Whilethenumberoflarvaewasdeterminedtobe11atmost,thedamagingratesofthepodswere0.71%atleastand3.48%atmost.ItwasseenthatD.fovealisbegantosettleinthepeanutareasandthiscasecouldcausebigproblems.
