【 摘 要 】

Thepresentstudyaimedtoinvestigatetheeffectsofvariouszincconcentrations(2.5mg/lto80mg/l)onbiomass,chlorophylla,totalcarbohydrateandtotalproteincontentsof10cyanobacterialspecies.Biomass,chlorophyllaandcarbohydratecontentinallofcyanobacterialspeciesweremeasuredbyspectrophotometricmethod.Zincistoxictotheseorganismscausingsevereinhibitionofsuchphysiologicalprocessasgrowth,chlorophylla,carbohydrateandproteincontentsatconcentrationslessthan10mg/l.Anabaenasp.GO1andGloeothecesp.GO9werepartlystimulatedatlowerzincconcntration(2.5mg/l).Inthehighconcentrationsofzincismorethan10mg/L,biomassandotherparametersofallcultureswerecompletelyreduced,exceptAnabaenasp.GO2species.
