【 摘 要 】
TypeVlikecollagensiswidelydistributedinmarineinvertebrates,particularlycrustaceansandmolluscs.ThepresentstudythecollagenwaspreparedfromtheouterskinofL.uyii.ThenetyieldofL.uyiiacidsolublecollagenestimatedas10.54%(ASC),subsequentdigestionofresiduewithpepsinsolublecollagenwasyieldedas31.16%(PSC).SDS-PAGEanalysiswasrevealedthechaincompositionof(α1)2α2heterotrimerforASCwhichsimilartoJapanesecommonsquidaswellascuttlefishcollagen.TheASCandPSCtotalproteinwasdeterminedbyBradfordmethodwhichcontains64.27μg/mland18.93μg/mlrespectively.FouriertransformsinfraredspectroscopyAnalysis(FT-IR)ofASCandPSCishelpfulinpredicationandconfirmationofsecondarystructureofproteins.ThisreportindicatesthatLuyiiouterskinhaspotentialtosupplementingtheskinoflandvertebratesasasourceofcollagen.
