【 摘 要 】

Theinteractionbetweenprogesteroneandhumanserumalbuminhasbeeninvestigated.ThisinteractionwasstudiedbyUV-absorptionandfluorescencespectroscopy.FromspectralanalysisprogesteroneshowedastrongabilitytoquenchtheintrinsicfluorescenceofHSAthroughastaticquenchingprocedure.Thebindingconstant(K)isestimated6.56×102M-1at293K.FT-IRspectroscopywithFourierself-deconvolutiontechniquewasusedtodetermineHSAsecondarystructureandprogesteronebindingmechanisms.TheobservedspectralchangesindicatetheformationofH-bondingbetweenprogesteroneandHSAmoleculeswhichcanberelatedtotheintensitydecreaseintheabsorptionbandofα-helixrelativetothatofβ-sheets.
