【 摘 要 】

TodeterminethedynamicsofstressresponsesinthePersiansturgeon,Acipenserpersicus,twomostindicatorsofstress(i.e.cortisolandglucose)weremeasuredafterpituitarypreparationinjectionandduringrepeatedhandstrippingsofmilt.Theserumvaluesofcortisolandglucoseincreasedafterpituitarypreparationinjectionwithmaximumlevelsinthefirstandsecondhandstrippigrespectively.Afterward,thecortisoldecreasedtoinitialvalueswhileglucoselevelsremainedintheirmaximumvaluesduringfurtherhandstrippings.Also,asignificantnegativerelationshipwasrecordedbetweenserumlevelsofcortisolandglucose.Inconclusion,ourresultsshowadissimilaritybetweenPersiansturgeon(asachondrosteanfish)andteleostfishintermsofphysiologicalresponsestoastressor,however,themorestudiesareinvitedforconfirmationofthisclaiminsturgeons.
