【 摘 要 】
Thepresentinvestigationwastostudytheeffectofdietarycalciumsaltsoflongchainfattyacids(CSFA)onpubertyattainmentofRahmaniewes-lamb.TwentyRahmaniewes–lambof6-7monthsofageandaveragebodyeight24.75±0.16kg.Animalswererandomlyallottedintotwoequalgroups.Animalswerefedabasaldietofhay(64.2%)andbarleygrain(35.0%)plusmineralsandvitamins(0.8%).Thefirstgroupwaskeptasacontrol(n=10)werefedabasaldiet.Ewes-lambsonthesecondgroup(n=10)receivedthesamebasaldietsupplementedwithcalciumsaltsoflongchainfattyacids(CSFA)at3%ofthebasaldietdrymatterintake(1.2kg/ewe/d).Theewe-lambswereweighedatthestartandattheendoftheexperiment.Inaddition,thebodyconditionscore,withersheightandheartgirthweredeterminedattheendofthestudy.Bloodsampleswerecollectedweeklytilltheendofexperiment.Serasampleswereassayedforprogesterone,insulin-likegrowthfactor-1(IGF-1)glucose,totalcholesterol,totallipids,andurea.ResultsindicatedthatthedietarysupplementationwithCSFAtoRahmaniewes–lambattainedpuberty5weeksearlierthancontrolone.CSFAsupplementationofRahmaniewelambshashigherbodyweight,andbodyconditionscorethanthoseofthecontrolone(34.67±0.30kg3.25±0.09vs.30.67±0.95kg2.0±0.0;p<0.05respectively).Asimilartendencywasobservedindrymatterintakeandaveragedailygain.CSFAhasabeneficialeffectonbloodbornmetabolitesasindicatedbyincreasedserumglucose,totallipids,cholesterol,IGF-1anddecreasedureaofRahmaniewes-lambascomparedtocontrol.Thehighestconcentrationsofinsulin-likegrowthfactor-1(IGF-1)weresignificantly(P<0.05)detectedat2nd4thand10thweeks(258.42±6.0,228.76±14.44and337.32±24.57ng/ml,respectively)thanthoseofcontrolone(163.3±11.94,135.5±3.07and218.47±9.18ng/ml,respectively).Inconclusion,CSFAenhancedpubertyinRahmaniewelambs.Thisisduetoincreasedprovisionoftrophicsignals(representedbyincreasedSerumIGF-1secretions)and/orblood-bornemetabolites(glucose,cholesterolandlipid).
