【 摘 要 】

EmbryologicalstudyontheBulgariannativepopulationsofGentianacruciataL.hasbeencarriedout.Theantheristetrasporangiate.ItswalldevelopsaccordingtoDicotyledonous-typeandconsistsofepidermis,fibrousendothecium,twomiddlelayersandglandulartapetum.Thesimultaneousmicrosporogenesisleadstoformationofpredominantlytetrahedralmicrosporetetrads.Thematurepollengrainsare2-celled.Theovuleisanatropous,tenuinucellateandunitegmicwithunicellulararchesporium.ThedevelopmentoftheembryosacfollowsthePolygonum-typeandrarely-theAllium-type.Thelegitimateembryoandendospermdevelopafterdoublefertilization.TheembryogenesisrunsaccordingtoAsterad-type.Initially,theendospermisnuclear.Insomeovulessomaticaposporywasestablished.
