【 摘 要 】

Inthisstudy,singleline(pure-line)selectionmethodwasappliedonlocalpopulationsofdwarffreshbeanswiththecharacteristicsofAysekadıntypewhichwerecollectedfromÇarsamba,Terme,TekkeköytownsofÇarsambaplainandLadikregionin2003.Observantiongardensweresetupin2005andconsecutivelypre-yield,localyieldandregionalyieldtestswereconductedintheyearsstarting2005to2009.Intheselines,phenologicalobservationsandmorphologicalmeasurementsweredeterminedinaccordancetoUPOVcriteriaandratesoftheiryieldswereexamined.Asaresultofallassesments,7lines(KO,TK15,T26,Ç31,TK7,TK1andT23)wereapprovedtocomfortwithourpurpose,selectedascandidatesforregistrationandwerealsoexaminedforresistancetoanthracnosediseasebymeansofSTSandSCARmolecularmarkerscloselylinkedtoanthracnoseresistanceCo-genes.While,resistancegenelocimarkersforCo-2,Co-4,Co-42geneswerepresentinallofthe7lines,Co-1genelocusmarkerwasobservedinonlyoneoftheline(KO)and5lineswerepositiveforthemarkerofCo-6/co-8geneloci.TwoofthelinesT26andTK15wereregisteredunderthevarietynamesof“Karabacak”and“Zeynebim”respectivelyandgivencertificationforproductionpermitsin2009.
