【 摘 要 】

Inthisstudy,itwasaimedtodeterminetheresistancetoroot-knotnematodesandVerticilliumwiltof288tomato(LycopersicumesculentumMill.)samplesbyDNAmarkers.First,itwasestablishedthatwhetherthetomatosampleshaveprimerbindingsiteornotbytheCAPSprimerswhicharespecificallydesignedforbothofthediseases.Intheanalysisofprimerbindingsitetoroot-knotnematodesandVerticilliumwiltdiseases,itisfoundthatinthe288tomatosamples,247and235tomatosampleshavespecificprimerbindingsiterespectively.Then,restrictionenzymes(TaqIandHincII)wereusedtounderstandwhethertheindividualswerehomozygoteorheterozygoteresistant,orsusceptibletothesediseasesfordeterminationofresistancetoroot-knotnematodesandVerticilliumwilt.Itisfoundthat200samplesweresusceptible,45sampleswereheterozygoteresistantand2sampleswerehomozygoteresistanttoroot-knotnematodes,and125samplesweresusceptible,110sampleswereheterozygotetoVerticilliumwilt.
