【 摘 要 】

Lipases(EC3.1.1.3.)arewater-solubleenzymesthatcatalyzethehydrolysisofesterbondsinwater–insoluble,lipidsubstrates.Althoughthedistributionandpropertiesofvariouslipasesfrommanytissuesofhuman,laboratoryanddomesticanimalshavebeenstudied,littleisknownaboutthepatternofdistributionandphysiologicalrolesoftheseenzymesintherainbowtrout.Theaimofthepresentstudywastoexamineandcomparethedistributionoflipaseindifferenttissuesoftherainbowtrout.Aselectionoftissuesampleswasassayedforlipaseusingtheoliveoilsplittingmethodforthedeterminationofformedfreefattyacids.Significantactivityofthisenzymewasfoundthroughoutdigestivesystem,whichprovokesthatthepyloriccaecalmasshasthehighestspecificactivityoflipasefollowedbytheliver,kidney,stomach,spleen,distalintestine,proximalintestine,gill,heart,abdominalmuscleandbrain.Highactivityoflipaseinthepyloriccaecalmassofrainbowtroutindicatesitsprimaryroleinfatdigestion.However,itswidetissuedistributionsuggeststhatthisenzymemightperformotherfunctionsbesidegastrointestinalfatdigestion.Thelipaseactivityinpyloriccaecalmassseemstobedependenttobilesaltsunderourassayconditions,resultinginasignificantactivityinthepresenceofnaturalbovinebile.Theresultsofthisstudywillbediscussedintermsoftheinvolvementoflipaseinseveralbiochemicalandphysiologicalfunctionsinthisspecies.
