【 摘 要 】

Amongthetwentydifferentfungalmembersisolatedfromtherhizosphereofwildyam,Dioscoreawallichii,threefungalisolateswerefoundtobethebestproteaseproducersandidentifiedasAspergillussp.,Penicilliumsp.andTrichodermasp.Theproteaseproductionstudiesofthesethreeisolateswereconductedupto12days.Afterninedaystherewasnosignificantincreaseintheenzymeproduction.MaximumproteaseactivitywasobservedintherangeofpH6andtemperature30˚C.Proteasefromallthethreeisolateswasstableupto2hindettol,tween20,tween80andsoapsolution.Amongthedifferentimmobilizationtechniquesusedagarblockwasthemosteffective.Themolecularweight,zymogramanalysisanddestainingactivityoftheproteaseenzymewerealsostudied.
