【 摘 要 】

InthisstudyPCR-basedRandomlyAmplifiedPolymorphicDNA(RAPD)methodwasusedtodeterminethegeneticvariationinthreelocalsilkwormbreeds(BursaBeyazı,AlacaandHataySarısı)ofTurkey.Thesethreebreedswereanalysedwith23RAPDprimers.34polymorphiclociwereobservedwith5primersofthem.Percentageofpolymorphiclociwerevariedbetween17.65and55.88.Nei’sgeneticdistancewas0.0822betweenHataySarısı-Alacaand0.1106betweenBursaBeyazı-Alaca.Thediversitywithinthepopulations(Hs)wasfound0.1334andthemagnitudeofdifferentiationamongthepopulations(GST)wasfound0.2968.
