【 摘 要 】
TriticummonococcumL.sspboeoticumBoiss.,isthewildprogenitorofdomesticatedeinkorn.HighthroughputAFLPgeneticanalysisshowedthatthedomesticationofeinkornstartedinthenorthernpartoftheFertileCrescent,neartheKaracadagMountains,SoutheasternTurkey[1].ThisstudyassessesthegeneticdistributionandthediversityofwildeinkornthroughoutTurkey,usingtotalof59accessionsfrom22locationsinfourdifferentgeographicalregions.Inourstudy,thefourselectivecombinationsofAFLPmarkers(E+ACC/M+ACT,E+ACC/M+ATA,E+ACT/M+ATA,andE+ATC/M+AAG)resultedin161AFLPmarkerloci.Phylogenetictreesforindividualaccessionsandpopulationsbasedongeographicalregionswereobtainedusing'PopGen-32'populationgeneticanalysissoftware.EastandSoutheastsamplesweregeneticallyclosesttoeachotheramongthesamplesfromotherregions.ThesamplesfromWest,Northwest,andCentralAnatoliawereclusteredtogether.
