【 摘 要 】

Inthisstudy,itwasaimedtodeterminetherelationsbetweennumberofstemandsomefruitqualityparametersoftomato.Twodifferentstemapplications(singleanddoublestem)and34tomatovarietieswereusedinthisresearch.Randomizedblock-splitplotdesignwith3replicationswasusedinexperiments.Stemapplicationswereplacedinmainplotsandvarietieswereplacedinsub-plots.Marketabletotalyield(tha-1),marketableaveragefruitweight(g),watersolubledrymattercontent(%),ascorbicacidcontent(mg100g-1)andpHvaluesweretakenintoconsideration.Marketableyieldaveragesofvarietiesvariedbetween152.75–109.98tha-1andmarketablefruitweightsbetween144.38–95.24g.statisticallysignificantdifferenceswerenotobservedbetweenstemapplications.Althoughstemapplicationshavenotaffectedthewater-solubledrymatter,ascorbicacidcontentsandpHvalues,statisticallysignificantdifferenceswereobservedamongvarieties.
