Inthisstudy,thespecies,LyciumanatolicumA.BaytopetR.MillwhichisanendemicforTurkeyhasbeeninvestigatedanatomically.ResearchshavebeencarriedoutindifferentregionsofŞanlıurfa,whichlocatesintheC7squareaccordingtothegridsystemintheFloraofTurkey.Inanatomicalstudies,It’sthefirsttimethat,thecross-sectionstakenfromthestemandleaveshavebeeninvestigatedThesurfacesectionstakenfromabaxialandadaxialpartsoftheleaveshavebeenexamined.Inanatomicalsections,stemandleavesaren’thair.Inthestem;theprimaryvasculartissueisbicollateralTheleavesareamphistomaticandmesophyllesareisobilateral.Thetypeofstomataisanisocyticoranomocytic.Parenchymaticpithcontainsthegrainsofstarch.
