【 摘 要 】

Inthisstudy,inordertodefinehoweffectiveonealcoholbasedgroundandsurfacedisinfectantwiththree–acidcharactersistowhichconcentrationagainstStaphylococcusaureus(ATCC29213),Escherichiacoli(ATCC25922),Pseudomonasaeruginosa(ATCC23853),Candidaalbicans(ATCC10231)strainsusedforTestMicroorganisms,finalmicroorganismswasdisinfectantintothedifferentconcentrationsofthedisinfectanttobetestedbybeingpreparedas2-5×109CFU/ml.accordingtotheMcFarland5cloudinessofTestdisinfectant.Afterdisinfectantswereactivatedwithmicroorganismsatpreviouslyexperimented1.5,15and30minute-periods,colonycountsat1ml.levelswereperformedbywayofcast-culturalplaquemethod.Consequently,itwasdeterminedthat1%concentrationofalcoholbasedgroundandsurfacedisinfectantinfluencedStaphylococcusaureusstrainattherateof0.5%in1min.,andotherconcentrationsover1%influencedothertestmicroorganismsin1minute.Itwasalsodeterminedthat0.1%andoverpercentconcentrationsofthedisinfectantcontainingperaceticacidwereeffectiveagainstStaphylococusaureusin1minute,whileothertestmicroorganismswereeffectivein1minuteat0.5%andoverpercentconcentrations.
