【 摘 要 】
Inthisstudy,inordertodefinehoweffectivealcoholbasedhandandskindisinfectantistowhichconcentrationagainstStaphilococcusaureus(ATCC29213),Escherichiacoli(ATCC25922),Pseudomonasaeruginosa(ATCC23853),Candidaalbicans(ATCC10231)strainsusedforTestmicroorganisms,finalmicroorganismswasdisinfectantintothedifferentconcentrationsofthedisinfectanttobetestedbybeingpreparedas2-5x109CFU/mlaccordingtotheMcFarland5turbidityoftestdisinfectant.Afterdisinfectantswereactivatedwithmicroorganismsatpreviouslyexperimented30seconds;1,5,15and30minuteperiods,colonycountsat1ml.Levelswereperformedbywayofcast-culturalplaquemetod.Consequently,itwasdeterminedthat100%concentrationofalcoholbasedskinandhanddisinfectantwaseffectiveagainstStaphilococcusaureusin1minute,whileothertestmicroorganismswereeffectivein30seconds.
