【 摘 要 】
During2003-2004,seventy-twosampleswerecollectedfrom6samplingpointsonIspartastreambasin(Isparta/Turkey).Macrozoobenthicorganismsandphysico-chemicalparameterswereinvestigatedtoassesstheimpactofthepollutiononmacrozoobenthosassemblages.Ecologicalmethodologies(speciesrichness,diversityandfamilybioticindicesandmultivariateanalysis)wereemployedtoassesstheimpactofthepollutiononmacrozoobenthicassemblages.Duringthestudy,totally27293specimenswerecollectedfromsixsamplingpoints.Thesebelongedto83taxadistributedinto6taxonomicgroupsasfollows:Plathelminthes,Mollusca,Annelida,Crustacea,Insecta,andArachnida.Biologicaloxygendemand,NH4-N,NO3-N,NO2-NSO4,conductivity,totalhardnessandturbidityparametersweremeasuredhigherinthe3rdand6thsamplingpoints,whiledissolvedoxygenamountwasthelowestinthese.pHwasvariable.Inthisstudy,thenumberofspeciesisthehighestatstation1,whichisalsoreflectedbyMargalefandShannon-Weaverindices.Astheamountofpollutionishigheratstations3and6,thenumberofspeciesisfewerinthesestationscomparedtotheothers.Samplingpoints1,2,4and5wereofgoodwaterqualitylevels.Changesinwaterqualitylevelswerebetterreflectedbyspeciesrichness,diversityindicesandprincipalcomponentanalysisthanpollutionindicesinIspartastream.
