【 摘 要 】
Theaimofthisstudywastodeterminetheinfluenceoftheextentofrootpruningonnutrientcontent,biomass,vitalityandnurserygrowthofoakseedlings(QuercuscastaneifoliaC.A.Mey.).Attheendofthefirstyearofnurserygrowththemainrootofoakseedlingswasprunedbyscissorsatdistancesof15,30and45centimetersfromcollar.Then,oakseedlingswereplantedinthefieldandvegetativecharacteristicswererecordedafterfourgrowingseasons.Resultsshowedthatcollardiametergrowth,heightgrowthandlengthofterminalinternodeweresignificantlyaffectedbyrootpruningtreatments(p<0.05).However,nosignificantdifferencesinseedlingssurvival,seedlingsvitalityandspecificleafareawereevidentatthedifferentrootpruningtreatments(p>0.05).Thelowesttotalbiomassofoakseedlingswasobservedat45cmtreatment.Theprunedrootsatdistanceof15cmfromcollarhadlowestnitrogencontent.HighestlevelofthePhosphorouscontentofleaveswasobservedattreatmentof30and45cm.Thisstudysuggestedthatforaccesstobettergrowthofoakseedlings,the30and45cmpruningtreatmentsshouldbeselected.Thepruningtreatmentof15cmisonlysuitablefortotalbiomassincreasing.
