【 摘 要 】
Inpresentstudy,weaimedtodeterminetheenzymesofmoderatelyhalophilicbacteriaisolatedfromSereflikochisarLakethelargestsaltlakeinTurkeyandcomparedtheirenzymesinsterilizedandnon-sterilizedconditionstoobtainanycontaminationfromnon-sterilizedgrowthcondition.TheenzymesofmoderatelyhalophilicbacteriaisolatedfromŞereflikoçhisarLakeweredeterminedbySDS-PAGE.Inadditionofzymogramanalysis,theenzymesfromthemoderatelyhalophilicbacteriaculturedinsterilizedandnon-sterilizedgrowthconditionwerecomparedonSDS-PAGEtodetermineanycontaminationinnon-sterilizedgrowthcondition.Theenzymebandsinbothconditionsweresimilarandthereforetheinvestigationsuggeststhatthemoderatelyhalophilicisolatescanbeeasilyculturedinnon-sterilizedgrowthconditionswithoutsterilizationofgrowthmediumandtherebyenergycostcanbereducetoproducesuchenzymesforindustrialapplications.
