【 摘 要 】
Inthisstudy,concentrationsofheavymetalsweremeasuredinthesurfacewater,sedimentandfish(Cyprinuscarpio)fromtheDemirköprüDamLake(Manisa,Turkey).Theobtainedresultsshowedthat,ingeneral,theheavymetal(Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Ni,Pb)concentrationsinwaterdidnotexceedWHO(WorldHealthOrganization,1999),EC(EuropeCommunity,1998),EPA(EnvironmentProtectionAgency,2002)andTSE-266(TurkishStandard,1997),WPCL(WaterPollutionControlLegistation,2004),CIW(CriterionsoftheIrrigationWater,1997)guidelines.HeavymetalconcentrationswerefounddecreaseinsequenceofthesurfacewaterFe>Pb>Cu>Ni>Cr>Cd,theCyprinuscarpiosamples,inthemuscleFe>Cu>Ni>Cr>Pb>Cd,inthegillFe>Ni>Cu>Pb>Cr>Cd,inthestomach-intestineFe>Cu>Pb>Ni>Cr>Cd,intheairsacFe>Pb>Cu>Ni>Cr>Cd,intheheartFe>Ni>Pb>Cu>Cr>Cd,intheliverFe>Cu>Ni>Pb>Cr>Cd.Theseobtainedresultsshowthat,theheavymetalconcentrationsexcededthetolerablevaluesprovidedbytheinternationalinstitutions.Generally,heavymetalconcentrationofthesedimentswerefounddecreaseinsequenceofFe>Ni>Cu>Cr>Pb>Cd.
