【 摘 要 】

Ligninhasconnectiveeffectbetweencellwallcomponents.Therefore,ligninpolymerleadstolessbiologicalusefulnessofsubstrate.Inthisstudy,ithasbeenaimedtodecreaseligninproportioninwheatstrawbyselectedactinomycetesstrains.Forthispurpose,theeffectofdifferentactinomycetesstrainswhichincubatedduringsixweekswithsolidstateandsubmergedculturesystemsonwheatstrawhavebeeninvestigated.Besides,actinomycetesstrainsandcontrolshavebeencomparedforligninlossandproductionof“AcidPrecipitablePolymericLignin”(APPL)values.AstrongcorrelationwasobservedbetweenligninlossfromsubstrateandAPPLproductioninbothculturesystems.ThemaximumligninlossvaluesforsolidstateandsubmergedculturesbyStreptomyces07–05strainweredeterminedas53.22%and61.03%,respectively.After3weeksofgrowth,theAPPLproductionbythisstrainreachedmaximum,65.52and84.12mg/gsubstrateforsolidstateandsubmergedculture,respectively.Ithasbeendeterminedthat,inbothofculturesystems,amountofAPPLwhichwasproducedbyPhanerochaetechrysosporiumdidnotreachanyofactinomycetesstrains’values
