【 摘 要 】

Anexperimentwasperformedtoobtainovulationinfemalebrill,Scophthalmusrhombus,tofertilisetheoocytes,todescribethehatchingrateandtoassesstheirpotentialforaquaculturedevelopment.Broodfishwerecapturedbetween6to10metersdepthsbythegillnetsthentransportedtoacommercialhatcheryinÇanakkale,inthenorthwestcostofTurkey,wheretheexperimentaltrialstookplace.Thefemales(31specimen)weighedbetween498and1620gandthemales(25specimen)between218and644g.TheBroodfishweredividedintotwogroupsandtreatedwith:a)asalineinjection(controlgroup),b)singleinjectionsofluteinizinghormone-releasinghormoneanalog(LHRH-a;singleinjection:25μgkg-1,inducedgroup).Femalessuccessfullyovulatedwithahormonedoseof25μgkg-1.Theeggsandthespermwereobtainedbyhand-strippingandthenfertilizedartificially.Meaneggfertilizationvariedbetween1.0%and21.2%incontrolgroupsand12.5%and37.5%ininducedgroups,wherehatchingrangedfrom0%to6.82%incontrolgroupand8.7%to46.2%intheinducedgroup.Hatchingoccurredapproximately110-115hafterfertilizationat14±1°C.Thereweresignificantdifferencesinthefertilizationandhatchingratesbetweenthehormoneinducedandthecontrolgroup(p<0.05,Pearson’sandYates’χ2test,respectively).
