【 摘 要 】
Wheatisahighlyeconomicagriculturalcropworldwide.Profitabilityofwheatcanbeincreasedthroughselectionbyfarmers,whichshowedanincreaseingrainandstrawproduction.Descriptionoflandracesisessentialinordertoreservefarmer’srightsintheirlandraceswhichtheymaintainedforseveralyears.Estimatesofgeneticrelationshipareimportantindesigningcropimprovementprograms.Informationongeneticdiversityisalsovaluedforthemanagementofgermplasmandforevolvingconservationstrategies.Molecularmarkersarethebesttoolsfordetermininggeneticrelationstodomesticcultivars.ThisstudywasundertakentoexaminetheextentofgeneticvariationamongthediverseindividualsofimportantcropssuchaswheatandtoevaluateRAPDasamolecularmarkerforgeneticclassificationofcultivarsofwheatandcomparethisapproachwiththeauthenticdatacollectedfromthesamecultivarscultivatedinPalestine.Theresultsofthisworkclearlyindicatedthelevelofgeneticdiversityandsimilaritiesexpressedinclustersofthelandracesanalyzed.TheRAPDtechniquecouldbeusedeffectivelytodemonstratevaluableresultsforfarmersinrecognitionoflandracesandtheiroriginalsources.
