【 摘 要 】
Over50.000specieshavebeendescribedontheworld.Amongthemabout100speciesaredangerousforhuman.MembersofLatrodectusandLoxoscelessharethehabitatsofhumanbeings.Chemically,spidervenomisheterogeneous,andcontainspolypeptide,polyamine,nucleicacid,freeaminoacid,monoamine,neurotoxin,enzymeandinorganicelements.Inenzymes,proteases,hyaluronidase,sphingo-myelinase,phospholipaseandisomeraseformnecrosis.Venomisneurotoxic,anditcausesparalysis.InTurkey,somespeciesofLatrodectus,Steatoda,Loxosceles,Cheiracanthium,Segestria,Agelena,Tegenaria,AraneusandArgiopearevenomous.ThespecimensthatcollectedfromdifferenthabitatsandlocalitiesofTurkeywereexaminedunderstereomicroscope.Theywereidentifiedasspecieslevel,andthevenomorgansofsomespiderswereinvestigatedmorphologicallywiththelightandelectronmicroscope.
