Seasonal variation in some haematological parameters in naturally infected and uninfected roach (Rutilus rutilus) with Cryptobia tincae

【 摘 要 】

Investigationwascarriedouttoassessandcomparetheseasonalchangesofsomehaematologicalparametersinnaturallyinfectedanduninfectedroach(Rutilusrutilus)withCryptobiatincae.PrevalenceofCryptobiatincaewas17.8%inwinter,25%inspring,17.9%insummerand16.3%inautumn.Onaverage,between0.1and0.2parasitespermicroscopicfieldwerenotedat100×magnification.Nostatisticallysignificantdifferenceswereobservedforerythrocyte,leucocyte,haematocritvaluesbetweenparasitizedandunparasitisedroachforeachseason(p>0.05),exceptforhaematocritinautumn(p<0.05).Seasonally,thesignificantdifferenceswerefoundforerythrocyteandhaematocritbothinfectedanduninfectedroachwhileitwasnotfoundforleucocyte.Intheleucocyteprofiles,thesignificantdifferenceswereestimatedforneutrophilesinspring,foreosinophilesinautumnbetweeninfectedanduninfectedroach(p<0.05).
