【 摘 要 】
MusaözüDamLake(MDL),locatedonMollaoğluRiver,isthemainirrigationwaterresourceofEskisehir,Turkey.Theriverandthereservoirarebothunderthethreatofpollutionprimarilyoriginatedfromseveraldomesticandindustrialpointsourcesandland-baseddiffuse.ThenumericalandproportionaldistributionsofbenthicinvertebratesinMDLweresurveyedseasonallyfromJanuary2003toDecember2003atsixdifferentstations.AccordingtotheresultsbenthicinvertebratefaunaconsistedofOligochaeta(42,5%),Chironomidaelarvae(30,5%)andthevaria(27%).ByevaluatingthedataviaaShannon-WienerindexitwasfoundthattheMDLhadanindexof2,32richnessat2ndstation(inlet)andJulyhadthewidestdiversity;while4thstationandJanuaryhadthepoorest.AccordingtoBray-Curtissimilarityindex,the5thandthe6thstationswerefoundtobeverysimilartoeachother;while1stand2ndstations(outletandinlet)wereobservedtobethemostdifferentfromalloftheotherstationsintermsofthedynamicsofthebenthicfauna.Alsosomephysicochemicalparametersandsomemicrobiologicalparametersofthewaterwereanalyzed.TherelationshipsbetweenthedynamicsoforganismsandenvironmentalparametersweresupportedbyPearsonCorrelationIndexandCanonicalCorrespondAnalysis.WefoundthattheDamLakewaterispollutedwithCu,Cr,NiandpartlywithFeandMn;inadditionpHlevelofDamLakewaterishigherthaninletwater.HighpHandsecondqualitylevelsofNO3-N,andthirdqualitylevelsofNO2-N,thirdqualitylevelsofCu,Cr,Niand,2,32speciesrichnessshowedthatsimilarstudiesshouldberepeatedperiodicallyinMDLsoastopredictthefutureoftheDamLake.
