【 摘 要 】
Damagecausedbyfreeoxygenradicalsisquiteimportantinischemia/reperfusion(I/R).Therefore,ourstudyfocusesontheeffectsofAspirinandVitaminEontheactivitychangesinerythrocyteradicalscavengingenzymesinsuperoxidedismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)andglutathioneperoxidase(Gpx)activitiesfollowingliverischemia/reperfusioninrats.Winstaralbinomaleratsweredividedintosixgroupsassham,isotonicsalinesolventAspirin,VitaminEsolventcornoilinjectedcontrolgroupsandAspirin,VitaminEandAspirin+VitaminEinjectedtestgroups.Ratssubjectedtoischemiawerethengroupedandexposedtoreperfusionatthe0th,2nd,8thand24thhours.Afterreperfusion,bloodsamplesweretakenviaadispossibleinjectorfromtheheartatthesehoursandtheenzymeactivitieswerestudiedinerythrocytefractions.Enzymeactivitychangeswereseenduringreperfusionperiods,particularlythe2ndhourofreperfusionmorestrikingthaninischemiaperiod.WhenAspirinandVitaminEweregivenseparatelycausedenzymeactivitychangesbutthesechangesmoreremarkablewhenAspirinandVitaminEgiventogether.Consideringtheseresults,AspirinandVitaminEmaybesuggestedtopreventpost-ischemicdamageowingtotheirpotentialtherapeuticeffects.
