TheobjectiveofthestudywasclassificationoftheexperimentalstationsofthePost-registrationVarietyTesting(PDO)ProgrammeinLowerSilesiaintogroupswithnotablesimilarityinthevariationofthewinterwheatcultivarsperformance.TheanalysiscoveredyieldsofthewinterwheatobtainedinsevenPDOexperimentsintheyears2009ndash;2011carriedoutathighlevelofcultivation,comprisingfullchemicalprotectionagainstpestsandfungaldiseases,applicationofananti-lodgingagent,andsupplementaryfoliarnutrition.Theresearchwasbasedontheresultsofgrainyieldsof11winterwheatcultivars;theexperimentssetupinthetwo-factorstrip-plotdesign.Theresultsobtainedpermittedidentificationwithintheexperimentalstationsanalyzedofthreegroupsoflocalitiesdifferingsignificantlyintheyieldvariabilityofthewheatcultivarsstudied.ThefirstgroupincludesTomaszoacute;wandNaroczycze.Thesecondgroup,composedofasingleelement,ismadeupbytheexperimentalstationofPaw#322;owice,whichischaracterizedbylackofcorrelationwiththeotherlocalities.ThethirdgroupincludesZybiszoacute;w,Kobierzyce,KondratowiceandTarnoacute;w.Thesignificantchangestakingplaceinthesoil-climateenvironmentindicatethatmicro-regionalizationofthewinterwheatcultivarsunderthediverseconditionsofcertainareasintheprovincesofSouthPolandmaycontributetoanincreaseinyieldsofthiscerealcrop.
