【 摘 要 】
TheobjectiveofthepresentedstudywastoinducedmutationintwoliatrisspeciesL.ligulistylisandL.pycnostachyausingethylmethane-sulfonate(EMS)ataconcentrationof2.0and5.0mMandcharacterizationoftheobtainedmutants.Theresultingphenotypicchangesobservedinliatrisweremainlyrelatedtoanthocyanindiscolorationonshootsandinflorescencepetioles,changesintheanatomyofinflorescencepetiolesandleaves,aswellastheunevenrisingofinflorescencebuds.TheEMSmutagenconcentrationsusedintheexperimentrevealedaninhibitoryeffectonfeaturessuchastheheightandwidthofplants,thecircumferenceandweightofbulbsandthenumberofbudsonthebulb.Itwasfoundthat,thefrequencyofallobservedphenotypicchangesinL.ligulistylisandL.pycnostachyawashigheraftertheapplicationof2.0mMEMSsolution(11and3%,respectively).FortheassessmentofgenotypicchangesattheDNAleveltheintersimplesequencerepeat(ISSR)markerswereadopted.BasedonthedendrogramproducedfromastudyanalysisofthesimilaritycoefficientsusingUPGMAitwasfoundthatthemutantsunderstudyshoweda43.5ndash;75.7%similaritytoeachother.
