【 摘 要 】

Theaimofthestudywastoverifytheactivityofbrewerrsquo;syeasts(Saccharomycescerevisiae)giventocowsinvariousformsndash;liveS.c.yeastscellsanddriedS.c.yeastsndash;beforecalving(21days)andaftercalving(80days)onthechemicalcompositionofmilk,somaticcellcountinmilk,andonsomephysiological-biochemicalparametersofthecowsrsquo;bloodandtheirhealthstatus.TheexperimentwasconductedinacattlefarmatMalerzowiceMa#322;eon75cowsofPolishHolstein-Friesianbreed(redandwhitevariety)maintainedinthetethersystem;thecowscalvedinsummerseason.Theexperimentincluded2experimentalgroups,andthecontrolone,25cowsineach.AllgroupsofcowswerefedwithfeedingdosebalancedaccordingtoINRAstandards.DryanimalsweregivencompleteTMRdosewithstrawaddition,andmilkingcowsndash;basicdose,partiallymixed(PMR),standardizedontheyieldof16kgmilkperday.Theanimalshadconstantaccesstowaterandsaltlicks.Meanmilkyieldfromthecowonfarmwasca.7000kg.Thecowshedstayedunderconstantveterinarysupervision,itwasfreefrominfectiousdiseasesndash;contagiousandinvasiveones.Thefollowingadditiveswereintroducedtothebasicdoses:brewerrsquo;syeastspreparation(Saccharomycescerevisiae)LeiberBTinamountof200g/head/day(gr.I)andanadditionof1g/head/dayofliveyeasts(gr.II).Fatcontentinmilkincreasedsignificantlyinthegroupofcowsreceivingdriedyeastsaddition,andtheirhealthstatuswasimproved.Alsosomebloodbiochemicalindicesinthesecows(proteinandglobulinslevel)werehigher.Anadditionofdriedyeasts(deadcells)usedprepartumcausedasignificantincreaseinthelevelofGGTP,lacticacid,andasignificantdecreaseinureacontentcomparedtothecontrolgroup.SignificantincreaseinthelevelofAST,proteins,globulinsandglucoseandadecreaseinureacontentwasnotedatthe80thdayoflactationinthegroupreceivingdriedyeastsaddition.SignificantincreaseinGTPandglucoseandsignificantdecreaseinthecontentoflacticacidandcholesterolwerenotedinaperiodof80daysoflactationincowsfromgroupII(liveyeastsaddition).OthervaluesincowsfedwithlivecellsofSaccharomycescerevisiaeyeastswerelikeinthecontrolgroup.Bothbeforeandaftercalving,thelevelofhaptoglobinincowsbloodwassimilar.Nosymptomsofinflammatorystatesrelatedtoyeastsapplicationwerenoted.
