【 摘 要 】
Thecoursesofsoftwareprojectmanagement(SPM)andSoftwareengineering(SE)areregularlytaughtatundergraduatedegreeprogramincomputerscience.Studentsoftheseprogramsalsohavetoundertakeprojectsaspartofvariouscoursesduringtheirdegreeprogram.Thepurposeofthisresearchistoassesswhetherthesoftwareengineeringorthesoftwareprojectmanagementcoursehadenhancedthecohesionamongteammemberswhileundertakingasixmonthorayear-longproject.Theteachingofthesetwocoursesisconsideredasateambuildinginterventioninthisresearch.Atotalof167studentsreturnedamodifiedversionofGroupEnvironmentQuestionnairedistributedto200students.Offthese,81werethosewhohadtakentheSEcourseandsubsequentlydidaprojectbeforetheyhadtakenSPMcourse.Therestofthestudents(85)consistedofthosewhohadtakenSPMandhadundertakenfinalproject.TheresultsofthispaperindicatesthattheSPMascomparedtoSEasateambuildinginterventionhadabettereffectonteamcohesion.ThepaperhassuccessfullyidentifiedasinglecoursethatcanenhancetheperformanceofstudentsasateamincontrasttoproposingallthecoursestaughtattheundergraduatecomputersciencedegreeprogramasinterventionforbetterteambuildingandteamworkasproposedbyHoganThomas,2005.
