【 摘 要 】
TheresponseofdifferentmetalssuchasZn,Fe,Pb,CrandMnduringleachingofElectricArcFurnace(EAF)dustinacidmediumhasbeeninvestigated.ThemajorproportionofEAFdustconstitutesofthesemetalsandtheirrecoverybymeansofachemicalprocessisnotonlyeconomicalbutalsoimpartspositiveimpactontheenvironment.Theleachingofmetalsfromdustisachievedusingdifferentconcentrationofsulphuricacid,andthedustsampleshavebeencharacterizedbothbeforeandafterleaching.Basedontheresults,severalrecommendationshavebeensuggestedfortheoptimizationofH2SO4concentration,thatleadtothemaximumrecoveryofthesemetals.Undertheoptimizedconditions,ithasbeendeterminedthatthesatisfactoryleachingyieldofZn(95%)canbeobtainedataconcentrationof1M.
