【 摘 要 】
InthisresearchworktheprocessofdataintensitycorrectionandpolefiguremeasurementwereinvestigatedandanalyzedbyusingX-RayDiffraction(XRD)technique.Differentcorrectionswerestudied,toseetheirinfluenceonthecrystallographictextureanalysis.Specificsoftware,whichisLabotexwasusedtodeterminethepolefigureforcopper(Cu)metallicafterwhichthedatacorrectionshavebeenmade.Thecopper,CusamplewassimplypreparedbyalowcostmethodMiniMill2Panalyticalandthesamplewasrotatedfor10minutesbygrindingthesampleathighspeedof250rpm.
