【 摘 要 】
AlaboratorystudywasconductedonrearingofadultGreenlacewing,Chrysoperlacarnea(Stephens)ondifferentartificialdiets.StudywasconductedunderlaboratoryconditionsatDepartmentofPlantProtection,SAU,Tandojam,Sindh,Pakistanduring2013-14todeterminedbetterartificialdietformassrearingofadultC.carnea.Sixdietscontainingwaterhoneyyeasti.e.,D1(20ml2g2g),D2(20ml4g2g),D3(20ml6g2g),watersugaryeastD4(20ml2g2g),D5(20ml4g2g),D6(20ml6g2g)andtwodietscontainingwaterguryeasti.e.,D7(20ml2g2g),D8(20ml4g2g),D9(20ml6g2g)weretested.Theresultsshowedthatmaximumpre-ovipositionperiod(11.5±3.95days)recorded,ovipositionperiod(18.0±0.91days)andpost-ovipositionperiod(5.0±0.71days)wasrecordedonD4,D9andD1,respectively.Minimumpre-ovipositionperiod(7.25±0.25days),ovipositionperiod(5.0±1.73days)andpost-ovipositionperiod(2.5±0.87days)wasrecordedonD8,D4,andD7,respectively.Thehighestfecundity(342.5±89.55eggs)wasrecordedonD9,whereasthelowestfecundity(42.5±5.48eggs)wasrecordedonD4.TheeggslaidbyfemalefedonD4tooklessertime(1.75±0.66days)tohatch.MaximumlarvalandpupallongevitywasrecordedinlarvaeofadultsfedonD9.Theadultslivedlongerfor30.0±0.91daysonD9.Themaximumegghatching(55%),larval-pupaltransformation(45%)andadultsemergence(30%)wasrecordedonD9.ItisconcludedthatD9wasfoundthebestoneformassrearingofadultC.carnea.
